Oil

Rhyal Engineering has the capability to provide a full mechanical service for clients within the Oil sector. Services provided include design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance across a range of mechanical areas. Projects range in size from large scale EPC turnkey contracts to small scale maintenance requirements, covering storage tanks, pipelines, pumps, structural steelwork, vessels, etc.

Many of our staff have held roles at oil refineries in their careers and understand the issues and opportunities that our clients face. LNG

Rhyal Engineering is one of the few UK companies with experience of LNG cryogenic tank construction. We also provide maintenance and engineering support to the LNG sector in the UK and abroad.

Rhyal`s experienced team provide engineering design, fabrication, installation, project management and support to the LNG industry. Previous projects include the construction of two 160,000mᶟ Cryogenic LNG Tanks at the Dragon LNG terminal in Milford Haven.

Petrochemical

We have extensive experience of working in the chemical sector, supported by our highly rated quality management system and operational excellence. Rhyal Engineering can provide high-quality bulk storage tanks from a wide range of designs, specialist materials and finishes.

Rhyal Engineering is accredited to Fit 4 Nuclear and holds ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification. The company provides a full range of mechanical services to companies within the nuclear energy sector. Both on site mechanical construction and maintenance to off site fabrication.

Our team at Rhyal have a breadth of knowledge from across the energy spectrum.  Several of our engineers have direct experience in the nuclear sector. This experience, alongside our knowledge of other industries, allows us to offer innovative solutions that are not always considered.

With extensive engineering experience and facilities developed over the last 20 years, Rhyal Engineering has many capabilities to support renewable energy developers and operators. Design, fabrication and construction of water tanks in numerous industries and markets for example demineralised water and raw water storage tanks. Water processing and treatment systems.

Waste to Energy

We have supplied waste to energy sites including Design, Supply Fabrication, and construction of fixed cone roof digester and hydrolysis tanks. Also associated systems including water tanks, access steelwork, painting, insulation

Transport

Mechanical engineering services including fabrication and installation for the transport industry, including rail, port and aviation. Covering a whole range of services from design, engineering and construction, with EPC capability and experience. Examples of previous projects include turnkey projects for airport aviation loading systems and tanks, jet fuel testing facility and tank repairs / upgrades.
